Teal delivers ‘end to end’ turnkey solution at Pennaf Extra Care schemes.
Pennaf Housing Group is welcoming residents to its new, £9.75 million purpose-built Hafan Cefni Extra Care Housing Scheme in Llangefni, Anglesey, with residential furniture, accessories, soft furnishings and accessories all supplied by Teal in a full FF&E provision. The striking new scheme was developed by Tŷ Glas Housing Society in partnership with the Isle of Anglesey County Council and the Welsh Government.
The Llangefni Extra care scheme is one of three new purpose-built facilities developed by Pennaf Housing Group, which also includes ‘Maes y Dderwen’
a new Extra Care Housing Scheme in Wrexham with 60 high quality apartments and Llys Raddington Extra Care, Flint.
Teal were appointed as preferred supplier for all three schemes, for the provision of full FF&E, including specialist interior design, manufacture, supply and
installation of furniture, soft furnishings, curtains, room dividers, bespoke seating and reception furniture, welcoming and directional signage and decorative
accessories (wall art, lamps, clocks, electrical items, ornaments, utensils), in respect of the reception areas, corridors, Café/Restaurant, activity and multi-purpose rooms, guest rooms, hair salon, launderette, flat lounges and communal areas. Flint has a stylish ‘Sky lounge’ on the roof equipped with snooker table for residents use, also provided by Teal.
