We take great pride in providing outstanding Customer Service; working alongside training providers and local F.E colleges all our team have completed training and assessment to NVQ Level in Customer Service.
And we continue to provide outstanding aftersales support once a product has been installed. We have dedicated customer support teams, backed by a nationwide Service Support Team. We pride ourselves on our friendly approach (that’s important to us!) and we always try and go the extra mile to make things happen.
Clients are welcome to visit our Showroom to view product ranges first hand and we will provide samples of furniture for evaluation. We also have mobile exhibition vehicles, should you wish to view specific ranges locally. We provide full guidance on infection control, O&M manuals and will train your staff in the correct and safe use of the products and maintenance of fabrics and finishes.
