1) All orders for QS5 must be clearly marked and be sent to Teal (Phone/Fax/Email) before 3pm on day 1.
2) Only products/fabrics on the QS5 program are eligible for this service.
3) Teal will confirm availability and delivery details on day 2.
4) The QS5 – 5 day delivery applies to UK mainland only (see note 5).
5) Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands we have a 10 working day delivery promise and a separate admin fee of £85 will apply due to delivery costs and timings.
6) If we fail to deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order (see 1 above) we will credit the Admin charge.
7) The QS5 service includes delivery, placement and unpacking, it excludes any fixing to walls or floors, or delivery to a residential address.
8) If we delivery on our own transport we will take away and recycle all packaging.
9) All prices shown exclude VAT (VAT will be added to the invoice total).
10) QS5 orders are subject to a £45 admin cost per order (not per product).
11) Small order (below £500) will be subject to a small order surcharge of £60.
12) A pre-authorised account must be already set up.
