Teal LIVING successfully delivered a flexible living environment, supporting Evermore’s design vision and philosophy of care.

The first floor is dedicated to residents living with Dementia and has a number of bespoke design features which add interest, spark joy and aid reminiscence - therapeutic and familiar settings that help promote wellbeing and a sense of purpose.

Bespoke spaces include a thoughtfully designed train carriage sunroom, where the urge to travel is satisfied. Stylish booth seating in dining areas, and a place for everything with bespoke room divider bookcases. Teal LIVING were chosen because of their capability to meet Evermore’s bespoke requirements, utilising their in-house Development Department they provided full project management and installation. A beautiful range of fabrics helped create a bespoke, stylish and fresh new look from the outset, while adhering closely to the recommendations of University of Stirling.

Communal spaces have been route planned into smaller ‘households’ to encourage residents to stop and socialise in smaller numbers and gain confidence from day-to-day interactions. Flexible design means residents can choose a variety of locations within the home, including cinema rooms, sociable café areas and well-groomed and accessible outdoor spaces, all designed to ensure a relaxed, sophisticated and welcoming environment to evoke joyful memories of times gone by.
