QS - QuickShip Terms and Conditions

1)      All orders for QuickShip must be clearly marked and be sent to Teal (Phone/Fax/Email) before 3pm on day 1.

2)      Only products/fabrics on the QuickShip program are eligible for this service.

3)      Teal will confirm availability and delivery details on day 2.

4)      QuickShip Express delivery applies to UK mainland only (see note 5).

5)      Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands we have a 10 working day delivery promise and a separate admin fee of £85 will apply due to delivery costs and timings.

6)      The QuickShip service includes delivery, placement and unpacking, it excludes any fixing to walls or floors, or delivery to a residential address.

7)      If we delivery on our own transport we will take away and recycle all packaging.

8)      All prices shown exclude VAT (VAT will be added to the invoice total).

9)   QuickShip orders are subject to a £45 admin cost per order (not per product).

10)   Small order (below £500) will be subject to a small order surcharge of £60.

11)   A pre-authorised account must be already set up.

12)   All orders will be subject to our NHS or General warranty (www.teal.co.uk/resources).
